Pam Dean has grown up in the Title Industry. Her career started as a Runner in 1981 to Manager of the day to day operations of a Title Company. Pam’s positive attitude motivates everyone around her. In addition to being a Manager she is a Senior Escrow Officer and has the experience of closing any transaction you place before her. She has developed a great customer base over the years and has experience in closing Commercial, Farm and Ranch, One to Four Family Residential transactions and has years of experience closing Condominiums at South Padre Island. In her 30 years in the Title Industry she has worked in Brownsville, South Padre Island and Harlingen, where she started out many, many years ago. Pam not only has dedicated her life to the Title Industry but has been a member of the Rotary for the past 12 years, has sat on the Board of Directors for the past 3 years and has received the “Paul Harris Award” twice.

Dylan Santiso is a native of Brownsville, Texas. He is a Graduate from the Marine Military Academy in Harlingen, Texas and received his Bachelor’s Degree at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Upon graduation from SMU, Dylan spent year farming with his Father at the Family’s Farm and Ranch. He began his Title Insurance Career in 1997 in Dallas working his way up to become an Escrow Officer, and then transferred to Southern Texas Title Company in October 2004 and now Edwards Abstract and Title Co, where he is the Manager of Business Development Cameron County Division and Escrow Officer. My motto is “I am always ready to help facilitate business and close real estate transactions whenever and wherever needed”.

Rita Garcia graduated from Calhoun High School in Port Lavaca, Texas in 1983. She came to South Texas and attended Texas Southmost College in Brownsville. Her career began in the Title Industry in 1996 now 15 years later is an Escrow Officer with Edwards Abstract and Title Co. Rita is always willing to pitch in and help no matter what the chore. Rita takes pride in the product and takes the service to her customers. My motto is “Service, Service, Service”.
