Marilyn De Luna has made a vital contribution to Edwards Abstract and Title Co. as the Regional Escrow Automation Manager and Senior Escrow Officer. Her ability to prepare and present internal employee training and external customer training programs has been an asset to our customers and the Edwards Team. She is a Valley native with experience in the title insurance industry since 1984. She started her career in Houston and joined Edwards Abstract and Title Co. 1999 in McAllen. During her career with Edwards, she has been a leader of the company having served as branch manager for the McAllen, Weslaco and Sharyland Plantation branch offices. Marilyn has extensive experience handling residential resale, construction, refinance and commercial transactions. Her dedication and commitment to excellence has allowed Marilyn to work with many leading realtors, real estate attorneys, commercial and residential lenders, developers and investors. She makes time to represent Edwards as an affiliate member of the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors and RGV Builders Association.

Tina has worked in the real estate title industry in Hidalgo County for over 25 years. Tina is experienced in all aspects of residential, commercial and farm property transactions. During this time, Tina has forged strong relationships with many realtors, lenders, attorneys and developers in South Texas. Tina’s work ethic and knowledge of the industry has earned her a reputation for great customer service.

Veronica thrives in a fast paced environment and is an experienced residential and commercial closer. As an Escrow Officer at the McAllen Branch Office, she not only believes in the primary goal of having a successful closing, but she also believes in getting to know her customers. She joined the Edwards Team in 1996 and has proven that willingness to learn is one of the keys to success. As a licensed Escrow Officer since 2002, her experience has given her the opportunity to serve many of the Valley’s established realtors, lenders and attorneys in the Rio Grande Valley and other parts of the state of Texas. Her work ethic is based on addressing the needs of those she deals with and to provide them with the best of her customer service skills. Veronica represents Edwards Abstract and Title Co. in several organizations such as the Rio Grande Valley Builders Association, Greater McAllen Association of Realtors and Women’s Council of Realtors.

Grace was born in McAllen but moved to “God’s Country” as a child and she was raised Colorado. After a few years, she returned to the Rio Grande Valley in 1977. Grace has devoted 25 years to the real estate title industry. She joined the Edwards Team in January, 2011. Her career in the industry started as a runner for US Life Title. Given the opportunity to learn all of the facets of the escrow process, Grace has an appreciation for hard work, multi-tasking and doing what it takes to get the job done. She has gained the knowledge of all levels of escrow through assisting where needed with a positive attitude. She believes in taking pride in what we do and the product we represent at Edwards Abstract and Title Co. Her focus is on providing superior customer service with the end result being a successful closing. The title insurance industry is ever changing and Grace embraces the challenge to learn more each day in order to better serve her customers. Grace represents Edwards Abstract and Title Co. in several organizations such as Women’s Council of Realtors, Greater McAllen Association of Realtors and the Rio Grande Builders Association.
