....Charlie Chin, Account Consultant with PropertyInfo Corporation visited the Rio Grande Valley to speak with the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors during their February 2007 meeting. Mr. Chin presented the benefits that PropertyInfo offers to the associations’ realty professionals and its affiliate members and explained that PropertyInfo is offered locally by Edwards Abstract and Title Co.
.....Over 140 members were present as Mr. Chin demonstrated PropertyInfo’s capabilities as a marketing tool in the real estate industry. PropertyInfo offers a product called Property Profiles, which compiles various sources of real property information to provide presentation quality reports that display ownership information, property characteristics, comparables, school information, tax searches, deed records and aerial imagery. Very soon, Realtors® will be able to “Paint Your Farm” to easily highlight areas on a map and generate pre-formatted mailing labels and postcards.
